Alison Matthews
After 20 years of working in the media and entertainment industries, latterly as a Line Producer and First Assistant Director on high profile television drama productions and feature films, Alison decided it was time for a change.
Alison had already studied NLP and coaching and, decided to take the next step and to become a Trainer of NLP. This also started on her on the path of studying for an MA in Coaching and NLP. Alison draws on her creative and managerial background to enhance her engaging and interactive workshops and her motivational and empathetic coaching style.
Alison is a Certified Trainer of NLP, a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy, a Master Hypnotist, an NLP Coach and a LAB (Language And Behaviour) Profile Practitioner. She has also studied the Principles of Change Management and Brain Friendly Learning.
Michael Eaves
Michael Eaves uses his extensive experience in role play and forum theatre to look after Sensability’s Actors In Business.
Michael is also involved with the development and delivery of Sensability’s trainings. He holds a Diploma in NLP.
Michael started his career as a technician in education eventually running three laboratories before leaving to study drama at Manchester University.
Since then he has combined a career in training, development, roleplay and corporate video with many appearances in theatre, film and television.
He is probably best known as Brian Harrison in TV’s “Judge John Deed”.
