Our in-house and public trainings offer you a creative and engaging approach. We do more than teach you skills and techniques, we let you experience them. And we often use actors in the trainings too.
We work closely with you to address your training and development needs, identifying your visions and goals and exploring problems and solutions. When designing a training programme we always keep the end in mind; we focus on the outcome you are seeking and create our training step by step to reach the goal.
In House Training
We provide two types of ”in house” trainings:
“Bespoke” designed in close collaboration with you to identify your outcomes and the solutions you seek. We then design an innovative training programme especially for your company to ensure maximum return on your investment.
“Off the Shelf” we have a selection of training programmes which we deliver regularly. However, no training is ever exactly the same. We are flexible with our trainings and will adapt the training to focus on your specific needs and to suit the delegates.
Public Trainings

Sensability’s trainings draw on the techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Brain Friendly Learning and techniques from the theatre and television. We also incorporate a wealth of tried and tested techniques learned and experienced over the years.
With our background in the media and entertainment industry, we often use professional actors in role play and forum theatre. This enhances the content of the training and enables delegates to “have a go” and try out real life situations in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
