Increase your own flexibility in your communication with others and improve your understanding of what others are really communicating to you.
In this workshop you will discover how our daily communication is not simply about the words we say, it’s about the way we say them, through our body language and tone of voice and the way this is interpreted by others.
You’ll learn some sublime models and techniques of communication. We all make sense of our world in a different way – you may like to see it, you may prefer to feel it, or you may respond to the sounds around you. You’ll explore how you interpret your world and how to communicate effectively with people who interpret their world in a different way, and how to read the minute signs that others are giving you so you understand what they are really saying.
The workshop will be interactive, so be prepared to chat to other people and try out what you’re learning! And have fun!
