As we have spent many years working in the high pressured production environment, we understand what it’s like, and the pressures are getting more and more with everyone wanting more for less. We have designed two workshops specifically for the creative, entertainment and media industries.
The trainings focus on the empowering and highly effective cutting edge techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). The workshops will be lively and interactive, giving plenty of time to experience the techniques learned in the safe environment of the training room.
The content will differ slightly depending on whether you do a 1 or 2 day training and will include some or all of the following:
- An introduction to NLP background and concepts
- The Mindset and Principles of Success
- Transforming your communication, verbal and non verbal
- Creating and maintaining successful relationships with others
- Being in “the” right state not “a” right state, managing your emotional state
- How your state affects your outcomes
- Setting realistic goals and steps to achieving them
- Gaining insight into other people’s points of view
- What’s really important to you in your work/career/job
- Simple techniques for confident presentations
- Using these techniques for negotiation and conflict resolution
The two day workshop will include the opportunity for trying out real life situations with actors in role play.
